Health care

There are 3 hospitals on Curaçao. The largest and most modern one is St. Elizabeth Hospital. This hospital  is favorably located and never more than a 30 minute’s drive away, even from the most remote area of the island. At least two hundred doctors and specialists work on the island, so there are no waiting lists.There are no tropical diseases like malaria or yellow fever on Curaçao. Vaccinations for a visit are not necessary.
